IThere's a theory called the "Quality Triangle." The three points of the triangle are: "Speed," "Quality," and "Low Price." The theory is you can't have more than two out of three. In theory, if you get speed and quality you lose low price. If you get low price and quality, you forfeit speed. Well, you folks defied the "Quality Triangle" by delivering a quality product, amazingly fast, and at a low price. Oh, and did I mention you were very pleasant and attentive to me as your customer? Wow! Thanks. I greatly recommend.

The company I work with was using Production JG for about three months. We find them very unorganized. Names were misspelled on invoices and were not corrected when asked. Pricing differed from previous quotes/what was said over the telephone, and even worse, random bills were sent to our office. The sales executive we worked with seemed to misunderstand a lot of our requests and also put a lot of pressure on us for print times. When I approached him asking if we could delay a print project until further notice (as we were awaiting approval from head office), the owner of the company emailed me in all capitals and poor English. He threatened to contact the owner of the company I worked for, probably thinking I would be some scared junior employee, because I look much younger than I am, to be honest (it also also clear that he had just gone and copied and pasted the CEO's name from our website; formatting was the same), if I did not assume responsibility of the print project and pay a substantial fee to cancel it. We didn't even want to cancel it... we were waiting for approval in case we needed to change something. It's insane to put pressure on a client like this, in my opinion. Pay us and print now or pay us and cancel. It was impossible to reason with them. The entire experience with them was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It's too bad when a company can produce quality items but doesn't have a professional attitude to keep clients. Our offices were literally down the street from them. They would have had a TON of repeat business from us... we were producing brochures, banners, table cloths, you name it... they missed out... In my opinion, real business owners do not have time to argue around words. You said this; you said that. We have better things to do! Did I mention the owner even emailed me saying "I won" at some point... I'll let you think about how professional that is...

Horrible experience... quality is good. But the ppl running it are not good people. Egotistical, demanding, not flexible. Won't ever use again. I will pay more elsewhere then deal with service like this.They were trying to rope back in with a ''deal.'' No, thxs...
