Great company that puts the player first. They have their issues and bugs in game like all others, but they listen to the players and fix their games in a timely manner

I have a bug report about JW this the game when you look at the info for a code 19 and when you get off that screen you can’t do anything with the Dino and when you logout and go back in the Dino escapes

You are just rude thieves who take advantage of the fact that children are not unfamiliar in the Internet and in the context of playing some of your games unconsciously spend a very large amount. I was playing Warriors of Waterdeep, over 1000$ spent on it in 2months! and i try to get it next morning to play and my account is at 0! back at lvl1! Asked google for a refund first one passed because it was 48h...but all the month of august and mid july. was charged. asked a refund and received NO emails! I wouldnt have made a fuss about it if i could play the game like intended! But now i am done I just want my money back, company has lost my trust!

I play the Jurassic World Alive game. I learned that Ludia has absolutely no respect for their customers. This is a game you play over time. It takes a lot of time, and Ludia knows this. They did an update, which they informed me would require more in game purchases and require more time from players. They got money hungry. They got far too money hungry. They will eliminate all in game purchases, and replace them with a far lesser product and even go as far as to tell you that you should appreciate the work they put into doing that to you. Don't waste your time, effort and especially not a penny on Ludia. Even when they lost so many customers who all said the same thing, they opted to save face and keep their update, rather than fix it and return what they took from players. Every update causes more issues, it gets more expensive everytime if you want to be able to compete at all, more and more glitches with every update, more lag time for loading everything... Universal Studios needs to update and remove Ludia. Universal studios is using them for the game, it makes me worry too much about the quality of the next JW movie. I might see it if it's free, but I'm not risking paying to see something at the wash out level of the game. Universal loses validation for sticking with Ludia after they were so disrespectful to paying customers Hahahahaha look at the photos of Ludia. Maybe if there were some work stations, they could do one thing right!!!!!!

I am leaving this review as an encouragement and appreciation towards Ludia Inc for creating the game "Jurassic World Alive" which my hubby and I play everyday. It is so fun and there are always new things. Thank you! ??????
