When you call into any clinic the secretary should be able to answer your questions in both languages or at least be polite about the fact she doesn't speak English. Very rude and put me on hold for a question she already knew the answer to! Your offices image is always based on the secretary who picks up the phone and the impression she gives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of Dr. Ohyon. Her bedside manners are terrible. And I feel that I got scammed. If only I could give no stars. Her secretary also behaved extremely rough. I would like to know where my $2800 went to because I don't have results. NONE! Plus she doesn't give follow ups. And when I complained, her secretary told me you are no longer welcome in this office, She needs to be accountable and under investigation. Plus her time was very short and quick in her office. Therefore, no witnesses. Again I urge people to be very careful with her especially with seniors.
