★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went with a prescription from an exam he did at some other place and it turned out the prescription was wrong and he was getting migraines. They were really kind to redo the exam for him at no extra cost and helped him solve the issue by changing the formula. We loved the service, I am sure coming back for mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old man in there is just agressif , arrogan and unprofessional. I have to return there 4 times. changed the glass twice. I returned today to pick up the glass , the man just gave it to me without adjusting. He refuse to do a proper adjustment. when I insist for the proper adjustment, he just grab back my glasses with all the paper and refuse to give it back to me. I called the police to solve this problem and waiting for police to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old male optometrist is a scammer. Paid glasses in full 550$. They said the glasses were ready, so I went to pick them up. They then tell me to return another day because it is not ready. When I asked my family to pick up a week later, they charge them 50$, claiming that I only paid 500$. We had to return a third time with the receipt to settle the debt. He tried lying his way out twice, until he had to reluctantly give in because we showed him evidence.
Way to kill the trust of your customers. Good job greedy old man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today and got really good service from the older man. He spent an hour and a half helping find the right frames. The first ones I was inclined to buy would not have been as nice as the ones I finally got. He advised me on the right type of progressive lenses for my use. He was kind and knowledgeable.
In fact, it went so well, I brought in my husband to get new glasses. He is wearing something from 8 years ago. And I think my husband would rather have root canal than get new glasses. He needs a titanium frame because his skin is acidic and corrodes other finishes. Well we found a titanium frame-less option but needed a slightly bigger lens so the man is custom designing a larger lens. Then he offered to see if he could fix the old broken glasses (from a different vendor) (for free with something left over) just so my husband would have old glasses he doesn't have to be careful of when he is puttering in the garage. Then he can keep his good new progressives for his regular and programming use.
Really very happy and would totally recommend it.
