I recently purchased a progressive pair of Barton Perreira glasses with X design lenses. And wow! I was very impressed how easily I was able to adapt to progressive lenses. I have always had trouble adapting to new progressive glasses. The sales person was patient and spent the time to explain everything I needed to know. She recommended numerous frames that suited me, which was great to have so many options. I highly recommend this place for their choice of glasses, their knowledge, attention to detail and patience!

6 out of 5 stars. I've been searching for a pair of glasses for over a year. After many conversations and trying on of glasses, I found the BEST MOST ORIGINAL HIGH QUALITY frames I've ever come across at T'as Vu. Not only are the glasses and lenses wonderful, they are durable, well made, and beautiful. The conversations I had in other stores before I went to T'as Vu Optique were mediocre at best. Immediately when I walked into the shop on St Laurent, I was warmly greeted and assisted with finding the right pair of glasses. I am in the business of service and I KNOW exactly what it's like to experience the best. The best service and experience is chez T'as Vu Optique. Period. In addition to the wonderful service, the attention to detail and process of ordering and receiving the lenses was the faster than I thought possible. I received my glasses 2 days after I made a small deposit! On top of all this the purchase was pleasant. No one likes to feel uncomfortable spending and I felt 100% happy investing in my pair of glasses. The frames are without a doubt one the best purchases I've ever made. I am SO content. Go. Now. Just try some glasses on. I give my best wishes to T'as Vu. Merci beaucoup.

I went in with a pair of sunglasses, NOT purchased from their store, that had a small screw missing so one of the arms had fallen off. The woman working there was awesome & fixed it for me for free in a matter of minutes. If this is the kind of service you get as someone who isn't even a client, I can only imagine that the quality of service you will receive as a paying customer will be top notch. Would definitely recommend to all you lens wearers out there!

Great place to get glasses. They carry brands that are difficult to find in Montreal, and their lenses are really affordable. The service is also great. Highly recommend.

Excellent selection, fair prices and personalized service. Been with them for more than 5 years. Daniel the owner is a gem! Today I was served by Tarik who adjusted my 3 pair of glasses like a boss!

Completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for an eye exam online and the day of the appointment, I received a call to reschedule the appointment. The person I spoke to confirmed that the rescheduled date was a holiday but that they would still be open, and when I showed up for my appointment, they were closed and the voicemail was full. Don't go here.

I booked an appointment online for a Tuesday and received the confirmation. I show up that day to be told that they only book eye exams on Mondays and rescheduled me for May 23rd. That could've easily been avoided if they just called me to arrange another date or maybe block the option to book an eye exam on any day except for Mondays. I eventually found another place and cancelled but according to previous reviews, they weren't even open on that Monday as it was a Holiday. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Recently went in to get a new pair of prescription glasses. Everything from the eye exam to receiving the glasses was great. Service was very friendly. However....once received, the prescription on the glasses was off and needed correcting. I called, went to see them in person, but have been unable to get their time or attention to deal with the problem. They just never called back after several attempts at making them aware of the problem. Spent a good chunk of money on these glasses, but now that there's a problem with them, I feel like I was given the brush off. How many times should you be required to contact a business in order for them to fix a faulty product? It seems that these days you have to get to the point of complaining just to receive what is usually standard service. I'm genuinely surprised at the lack of care. Have gone to another optometrist to replace the lenses with the proper prescription. You would think small businesses in this climate would be particularly attentive in providing good customer service, but it's still something that's lost on some.
