★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. They gave me a prescription for contact lenses that was only good for one year and when i tried to get them to extend it, they refused saying i needed to book an appointment for an eye exam to do so. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for an eyes exam. Everything went well. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful and Dr. Ross was really nice and professional. I had some questions and he answered all of them. I paid a decent price. Will defenately return!

Both Tuan and Genevieve were very helpful and made picking out a new pair of glasses fun!! They helped me to customize my lenses and frames and I would reccomend anyone to go visit this New Look if they need help choosing a pair of glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to pride and vanity, I have been avoiding seen an optometrist for many years, but finally, it was becoming too dangerous for me to drive at night without glasses.
I made an appointment with Dr Ross, in part because his office is very well located in Le Plateau.
I was pleased with the great service I got. The lady at the front desk was already waiting for me. She opened my file, asked me some medical related question and took another room where she made several eye exams.
I was so impressed with the sophistication of those machinery created to test our vision, to take photos of our eyes and to test the strength of our pupils.
Then I was taken to Dr. Ross office. He was very friendly taking several tests and explaining in details each one of them. I learned plenty of amusing trivia about our vision.
For a person who has never been at the optometrist office, I felt well received.
I am sure, Dr. Ross explains the same thing over and over to all his clients, but judging by the enthusiasm that he sharing all that information, it almost felt that he was sharing his knowledge for the first time.
I highly recommend the services of Dr. Ross.
