Amabilité très bonne ( c'est pour ça que je donne 1 étoile)
Mais, les soins du visage je ne les recommande pas. Ils ont pas extrait complètement les points noirs. Moi, j'avais laissé ça, comme ça (j'avais pas demandé de le faire encore, je n'ai pas fait de plaintes... rien)
Mais, quelques semaines plus tard, la propriétaire ou manager m'a appelé pour me demander comment c'était, je lui ai dit la vérité. Et sa réponse a été ok viens me voir pour vérifier.
J'ai pris mon temps en ma voiture avec essence et tout et je suis allée et je m'attendais à une extraction des points noirs ou autre chose. Mais non. L'unique chose qu'elle m'a dit "C'est les produits que tu utilises que sont très agressif, tu as la peau déséquilibrée et je te recommande MES produits" qui coûtait presque 100$ avec les taxes une petite crème dont son unique utilité est d'hydrater. Voilà. C'était tout. Je n'avais rien dit ni à elle ni par téléphone, ni au salon ni laissé une référence ici avant qu'elle m'appelle. mais Ça qu'ils ont fait de me faire aller pour me dire: " les produits que tu utilises ne sont pas bons, utilise les miens" Ça n'est pas bon. Je ne recommande pas Fleur de Peau.

Very good friendliness (that's why I give 1 star)
But, the facials I do not recommend. They did not completely extract the blackheads. Me, I left that, like that (I did not ask to do it again, I did not make any complaints ... nothing)
But, a few weeks later, the owner or manager called me to ask me how it was, I told him the truth. And his answer was ok come see me to check.
I took my time in my car with gas and everything and went and was expecting a blackhead extraction or something else. But no. The only thing she told me "It's the products you use that are very aggressive, you have unbalanced skin and I recommend MY products" which cost almost $ 100 with taxes a little cream of which his unique utility is to hydrate. Here. That was all. I had not said anything to her either by phone, in the living room or left a reference here before she called me. but what they did to make me go to tell me: "the products you use are not good, use mine" It's not good. I do not recommend Fleur de Peau.

Maintenant que le traitement est terminé, mes cheveux continuent de grandir et de s’épaissir. Service impeccable pour des résultats à la hauteur de mes attentes. Merci Fleur de Peau!
Very satisfied with my experience with Soli-Lite for hair regrowth. After a few sessions, the regrowth was already visible. Now that the treatment is finished, my hair continues to grow and thicken. Impeccable service for results that lived up to my expectations. Thank you Fleur de Peau!

Je m'y suis sentie bien accueillie et Marie prend le temps d'expliquer chacune de ses étapes en plus d'une totale maîtrise de ce qu'elle fait. Il s'agit de mon premier rdv et le résultat est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Marie tient réellement à la satisfaction de ses clients et on y retrouve une hygiène irréprochable. Le salon dispose également de soins pour toutes les carnations de peau. Je compte renouveler l'expérience dans cet institut et le recommande sans aucune hésitation !
Very nice experience with Marie, owner of the institute. I felt very welcome there and Marie takes the time to explain each of its stages in addition to a total control of what it does. This is my first appointment and the result is up to my expectations. Marie really cares about the satisfaction of her customers and there is impeccable hygiene. The salon also has treatments for all skin tones. I intend to repeat the experience in this institute and recommend it without any hesitation!
