★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my glasses off for new lenses that were cracked and, 3 weeks later, they’re still not ready and employees are unable to give a refund or return my (expensive) frames. The employees are nice enough and polite but I was originally told it would take 3-5 days. 3 weeks is far too long a wait and the lenses could have been done almost anywhere else in a day or two. Take your business literally anywhere else.
UPDATE: Refuses to provide a refund or give glasses back stating "there is nothing we can do". Pourquoi Pas you ask? Because your service and communication are garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought glasses here in September. Last month in April a part of the lenses loosened and probably wouldn’t be able to be fixed so I had to glue them. Now a month later the middle broke off. I understand you have to be careful with glasses but these broke way too easily twice! Very poor quality.
