★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne expérience. Personnel qui facilite le vécu du client. Un hic cependant : l'optométriste que j'ai vue fait le dépistage avant l'examen de la vue. Comme le dépistage se fait par instillation de gouttes dans les yeux, passer immédiatement après à l'examen de la vue rend l'expérience difficile et peut nuire à une bonne évaluation.
Good experience. Staff that facilitates the customer's experience. A problem though: the optometrist I saw did the screening before the eye exam. As screening is done by instilling drops into the eyes, moving immediately after the eye exam makes the experience difficult and can hinder a good evaluation.

The owner then said I was rude and would not order them. I had just pointed out that it was his staff's mistake not mine that they were not available
Do go here they refused to order them and were extremely unprofessional.
