★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this dealer!!! They fabricated many reasons to charge you extra fees (The money went to their own pocket, but not the communication companies like Fido, Rogers... You could completely avoid the high cost in another store.) and their receipt has no detail information or terms for these payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a cheap temporary phone case-- spent $23 and when I got home the case didn't fit properly. I couldn't silence my phone and the headphone jack was partially blocked so they wouldn't stay in. Went to return and was informed they have a no return policy. I was not informed of this when I bought the case and the manager was not willing to help at all. They offered to replace it for me or exchange for something else in the store but at this point I don't event need the case anymore, I would just like my money back. The manager was not apologetic for her employee's mistake and it seemed she could've cared less. Bad experience with the merchandise and a horrible customer service experience, really was a waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole point of business hours is that it opens at that time. If you check other reviews, it looks like they close and open anytime they want. I'm sure Fido has a min hours of operation/week but they might be cutting corners.
