I've been there twice, with about a year separating my two visits. Both times, service was fast and efficient. They have the best prices, as far as I've seen during my quick research. The first time, I got my iPhone 6 glass replaced. The second time, I got my iPhone 6 LCD and glass fixed. Both times went smoothly and the repairs were done faster than the estimated time provided on the website. I've never had a problem following my repairs. Highly recommend.

Do not get your devices fixed here. I had a horrible experience having my device fixed at Itronics. From the moment you walk into the store, no one is there to greet you. It took over 3 months for them to not be able to fix my device and still charged me. No one ever called me to follow up with me with what was happening with my device. I always had to reach out to get an update and they would tell me things on the phone then something completely different in person. If you need something fixed, I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Very professional place. Service is top notch. I tried other places to replace the battery of my surface pro 5 but no one can do it. Thank god I found this store. Also bought an otter box case at a very good discount. Definitely come here for your repair needs, everywhere else is not as good.

Lady at the front desk (I think her name is Lydia) is so nice. I don't understand why some people mentioned she was rude because she was absolutely not. The service itself could be better. Other than the cost of diagnostics, they're not exactly clear in terms of estimated cost and times. After a week of dropping my phone off at the shop I didn't receive and update and I had to phone them myself to find out the status of my phone. Then I was told the quickest most affordable fix would take two weeks and I would still lose my data, honestly I couldn't wait that long. I decided to just pay for the diagnostic and get the phone back. Maybe it's a busy time of the year for them, but seeing they have experience, I would have expected them to be able to estimate time and cost of a full fix.

You will probably see an excuse filled reply after this from Itronics but just go back and look at all of the other people who have given 1 star reviews and you will see the kind of company this is. Since when do clients get disrespected with condensation? When did that become a thing? Ill spare the details because I'm sure this loser of an owner will write a 5000 word reply but avoid at all cost. Just know I disrespect who disrespects me so don't try and twist your words in your reply They were unable to fix my phone due to the part not showing up because of COVID (which truthfully is not their fault). However, no professional courtesy calls during the 3 months of holding on to my phone, no update, nothing unless I called. After the disrespectful phone conversation I had with the owner, I decided to pick up my phone which was completely disassembled because I rather give it to a professional company than to deal with this company for one more day. I brought it to uBreakIFix. They DONT charge anything for diagnostics. They have show REAL professionalism and at least know how talk to you with respect. Itronics is the worse company I have ever dealt with and as I was referred to go to this store by TELUS, I have decided to purchase a new phone with another company just because I lost trust in their lousy referrals. I was refunded my money however... it just seems that they don't believe in FULL refunds (I paid 125+tx and received back $80 and some change) But before I acted out of character, I decided to take the loss and walk away. Avoid at all costs and if you don't believe me, read some of their own replies from people who have given them bad reviews. This is what their customer service looks like... I'm sorry that my review wasn't "professional"... I didn't know I was the one who had to..

I needed to replace the broken screen of my Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. Other stores refused to do the repair because it was "too risky" and "they only repair iPhones". But iTronics did an amazing job! The new screen part was slow to ship but once they received it, they did the repair in just a few hours, and for a very reasonable price. Very good experience ?
