★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He managed to bring back my laptop from the dead! Saved me thousands of dollars, the owner took the time to explain everything to me and tried to educate me so it doesn't happen again! The quality of service here is awesome, fast, courteous and honest! He said he's been in business 10-20 years and I'm really not supprised at all. Good job and I wish you only success and prosperity!!!

You are served by the owner (who has his reputation to uphold) and who is extremely well informed. I was recommended to this store by a friend and I highly recommend it to tech know-it-alls and novices alike..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my computer in to get it upgraded and fixed. They fixed my computer and it started glitching again a couple weeks later. Brought it in again, and they fixed it for good. Great service. My only compliant is that it cost more than they had originally stated. However, it was worth it because now my computer works like a charm and again, great service! I would recommend this place to whomever needs an upgrade or has computer issues. In addition, I know nothing about computers but they do and I trusted their suggestions and their work: + vibes all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy that I had my old laptop repaired there and bought a new one when it became time to do so. Vincent is fair and has excellent customer service. He did all he could to help me maximize my old laptop. He wants his customers to keep coming back. No dishonest quick deals here! I reccomend without hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I bought my Acer laptop there 2 years ago. I went to get a replacement charger because mine broked and I wanted to encourage local business and loved the service I got last time. The owner sold me an "acer charger" for 59.99$ + tx (70$). I found that expensive but didnt realize until I got home that the charger was not from ACER. I googled the model number and I found the exact same charger for 24.99$ in different websites. . I even went on the website of Acer and saw the original charger for 29.99. I confronted him the next day and he admit that that was the price for this charger. Propably he got it for even less. I asked for a complete refund because I really felt like this was a scam. He didn't want to help me with that, he was searching for another used charger to replace mine. He said it was a final sale. When I bought the charger, he only gived me the interac machine receipt. But continued lying that he gave me the good receipt. I told him to look in the camera because I am telling the truth. After a very long arguying, he gave me a refund because he didn't give me the real receipt. Be careful with this owner. I really don't recommand this place, for me the owner is very dishonnest and is litteraly scamming people.

He couldnt fix my computer but offered to make a new one with parts of the old one. Which saved money which was nice. But he stole my hard drive and my external hard drive carrying case. If you go here make sure nothing gets stolen.
Turns out my ssd boot drive is also missing so
