★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for about 10 years, and always found the people here very nice & helpful, both for sales and upgrades/repairs. Just before Christmas, my 10-year-old MacBook Air was running out of space, and unable to synch properly with my iMac, which is my main computer. It became obvious (although other solutions were offered) that I needed an upgrade. Charles, the person I dealt with could have sold me a new computer, but offered a refurbished 2015 MacBook Pro with three times the memory of my old laptop but at a fraction of the price a new one would have cost. Since I do mostly basic things with it, I went for that. It was the last day the shop would be open before the holidays. He offered to transfer my files from my old laptop to this newer one, and promised it would be done that day. Well he lived up to his word, even though because of glitches he had to work more than two hours after closing time! The computer works wonderfully. Charles was a real pleasure to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks late and then just told me they can’t do anything, then demanded payment. Very unhappy with the service. There’s a great Mac repair place at av du Parc and Villeneuve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tricky experience initially with le Mac urbain regarding return their policy.. The owner and staff rectified the situation wonderfully. The problem lies with large corporations killing independent stores. My 16” mbp is an amazing machine, but apple is still evil. What a wacky world.

They're truly specialists on Apple products, they went above and beyond to make sure my macbook pro was fixed before my business trip even if it was short notice. Its super easy to book an appointment with them, you just go online and they document all your information correctly so you don't have to repeat the problem 123892 times to different people. Charles was a true expert and super kind! I hope my laptop doesn't break again but if it does im definitely going back there! Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having spilled water all over my laptop, the hard drive was corroded and the computer was dead. The staff at Le Mac Urbain were able to recover ALL of my data and at my request, transferred it to a fresh MacBook Air! They completed a full diagnostic prior to the data recovery, and had exactly the computer in stock that I needed. Best of all, they were very pleasant to deal with, and were responsive to my needs with regards to the urgency with which I required a working computer. All this, and on a Saturday! I feel so grateful for the staff at Le Mac Urbain, and would highly recommend their service and products.
