I had a problem with my laptop and gave it to Eddie, who couldn't have been more honest and dedicated in solving it. He did not try to replace parts that did not need replacement, and took upon himself to spend the time required for an accurate diagnostic. The problem that I had was intermittent, meaning that it was difficult to identify or reproduce on demand. I am a programmer and I usually fix my computer problems by myself, but this time I don't regret handing my laptop to Eddie at Montek. I will go there again whenever I have another computer issue I do not have time to take care of, as I know I can trust them.

I have a Huawei mate 8 for which i had a broken camera.. i bought the part from Ali Baba for 3$.. i asked many repair shops to install it and they refused.. Montek installed everything perfectly and for a great price. Thank you guys so much.

HUGE thanks to you guy! My iPhone was ran over by a car, by some miracle everything worked but the screen was destroyed. You were able to fix it in HALF THE TIME and at HALF THE PRICE other big repair chains had quoted me. You're the best!

Had my iPhone screen replaced and I’m not satisfied with their work. The screen is very unresponsive especially near the top and bottom edge. There’s white light leaking on the bottom. The screen is not fitted evenly around the four corners. Don’t know if this is because of the quality of the screen replacement or just that the guy didn’t do a good job. Either way not a good experience.

I got t the best customer service ever ,Eddy was reliable, professional and friendly... after a few issues with a computer they gave me a new one(a toshiba)that i like. Will recommend?

Dishonest operation, seriously damaged my computer and refused to take responsibility. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection. I brought them a *working* laptop for a battery replacement and after a ten day ordeal they returned it damaged, not starting at all, claiming that it never actually worked. When I brought it initially, they asked to leave it for a day. The next day they called me that they wanted to cleanup the fans and do some "diagnostics" to which I agreed. Two days later I called back to ask what was happening and they answered that they have already started repairing the graphics card connection, without me ever authorizing that or without ever telling me what the associated costs will be. I had no choice and was assured "don't worry, it will be a little extra money, but the connections will be stronger". Three days later they called to tell me that the graphics card was not working at all and needed replacement. When I asked how was that possible, they claimed it never worked. That is a blatant lie - I brought them a working computer, I was using it right before I shut it down to take it to them, and if the card was not working since the beginning they would have stated that much earlier instead of claiming the connections need "re-enforcement just in case". My only explanation is that either they wanted to make some money with with the extra repair job, or perhaps even in good faith they did want to re-enforce the card's connections, but instead ended up damaging it, by accident or plain incompetence, and then to avoid to cost decided to pretend it never worked. Initially I was inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt that by coincidence the card gave up exactly when they took over the computer, through no fault of their own, but in the subsequent conversation I had with them I caught in several other lies trying to cover up their mistake. I think errors happens and I would have understood and worked with them, only if they didn't resort to these cheap and bush league type lies. Do yourself a favor, avoid this business!

I had a very bad experience here. I phoned to ask if they could replace the battery of my Google Pixel phone, and was told yes. When I arrived, I was told it was risky, it could damage the screen, and they would not be responsible. I therefore decided to purchase a new phone. The next day, I discovered at another store it was easy to change the battery, and I did it. I went back to return the phone that had been sold on the basis of a lie about not being easy to repair. They refused to take back the phone. I refused to leave the store without a refund. They called the police to kick me out. This store is not a place for honest service. Zero stars!
