I was served by Sebastian who immediately was able to diagnose the issue and shortly after I left with a PS4 working like new . The service was fast , friendly and efficient . I only rated it a 5 star because there was no option for 100 . Definitely would recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst repair experience of my life. The screen that they put on my iPad popped out after 4 months and they refused to refund me while I had the warranty. Finally, the company, not the store, agreed that I was right and inform me that they will send a refund check 3 months after the escalation. I’m still waiting for the check though. Honestly spending $100 more and taking your device to apple repair service totally makes sense to me after this horrible experience. They’re nothing but liars and disrespectful people that even change their own words during a simple conversation.

This place not only offered me the best quote out of all the Ubreakifix places, but they had the best customer service.
I wanted to replace my pixel 5 battery, contacted them, gave me the instructions, mailed my device, they ordered the parts, first battery was bad but they asked me to come back. No worries! The second one works like a charm. Repair was done within a few days as they needed parts and Easter weekend.
Although I saw some dead pixels on my display, I called them and no problem, they got me back in stores and replaced my entire screen as part of my repair and i wasnt at fault. Repair was completed within 20 minutes.
Legit parts, great customer service and even after-sales was amazing. I can truly recommend this location because they stand by their promise at every step.

I had fixed my phone earlier at another repair shop and they heftily charged me only to have the same problem a month later.
At uBreakiFix I was gladly welcomed, taught out of experience what the quick trick fix is and wasn't even charged.
A quick Service, a great experience and good manners, that's honestly way beyond 5 stars .. will never go anywhere else from now on .. THANK YOU !!! :)
