★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Nantel Musique. I purchased my Ukulele from the store in the summer. Two strings were loosen up, I wasn't sure where to fix. I went back to the store, one of gentlemen helped me. He was friendly and helpful.
There are large selections of equipments in the store, it will give you plenty of options to pick. You won't be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not buy anything from the store, but I stopped by on my very long process to pick a guitar, and the experience was great, staff was super cool, knowledgeable of the instrument differences, and very supportive in the process of trying out different guitars, which is the only way to sell guitars. Thanks for the help and will definitely consider this store instead of other Stores in the city, just because of the experience and great selection also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with a goal of getting a beginner guitar for my wife and didn't had a lot of budget. The person started by asking a bunch of questions and narrowed it down to a few options, he was so precise and helpful it was amazing. Didn't tried to sell me anything extra or anything with a higher budget it was superb. I will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to buy any musical instrument or accessories. They have a massive collection and it's definitely one of the best places in MTL to buy.

You are very welcomed by the knowledgeable staff , no matter what kind of questions concerning music and instruments you might have , they are there for you ! My first experience was with Jonathan ! His knowledge, his honesty, his opinion and customer service is out of this world !! Even though, I live very far to their location and having other music stores near me , but for me is worth it to go extra miles to visit them ! Thank you Jonathan for being so helpful !! ?

The employee who helped me pick out a guitar was very genuine and didn't upsell me or try and push any specific models. Being a beginner electric player I knew some things about electric but not much. Prices were also very reasonable for what you're getting.
