★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience every time I rent space at Solo Drum. Lots of rooms, spacious, very reasonably priced, well equipped and right across from Parc metro. For bands, their rooms are all equipped with a drum kit, bass amp, guitar amp and PA. You cant rent mics and further amps / equipment. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A great place for drummers and bands who are looking to improve on their skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Solo Drum on several occasion to practice with an 11-piece band (saxes, trumpets, guitar, bass, drums, violins, cello). And now i want to come back with a rock power-trio. The customer service is friendly. The equipment is top shape. Nice sounding and very neat amps and drums. The PA could be more powerful but it's often the case that we have to raise vocals to max in rehearsal rooms...so that is not different than any other place in Montreal. Overall it's a pleasant experience well-maintained rooms and i recommend any band to go to Solo Drum... at least try it one time you won't be disapointed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent studio. Everything a musician needs for their musical needs. You can tell passion is at the heart of this business.
1. Their studio is fully equipped. They have a piano room that I love, and that piano has a midi input, and it's heavy weighted keys! Amps, and mics, and they have rentals for many instruments.
2. The prices are beyond reasonable. $10/h for studio 4! For a room with $1000+ worth of gear, that's a steal.
3. The studio is literally across the street from the metro.
4. Friendly and helpful staff.
5. The place is clean, has good vibes and is not sketchy. They even have a community listing board for musicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of rooms and mostly all needed for practice, though often in only drum rooms some of the heads would be broken. I'm a fan of place, but guys have to renew equipment once more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lot of fun getting to practice on a drum kit where I can be as loud as I want. The owner and staff were cool and easy to talk to. The price is is fair and the equipment was great. I recommend this place if you are looking for a place to practice in Montreal that is easy to get to and not hard on the wallet!
