★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super awesome service. I called them in a serious panic not knowing what happened to my laptop and needing it repaired by the next day 1.5 hours before the shop was closing. I called and spoke to Marco who was more than happy to help me diagnose the issue over the phone despite me being terrible at explaining pcs. Rushed in and within about 2 minutes Yves understood that my hard drive had died and suggested an SSD. Installed the SSD and reinstalled my operating system under and hour. I am so so so thankful for their quick and effective service, it really got me out of a tight spot. Furthermore, the SSD makes all the difference. My Laptop is running so quickly!

He spent over 1 hour on the phone with me guiding me through the whole process. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to computers! Top notch service and would recommend to anyone needing computer repairs. Once again Thanks for the all the help Alex!
