★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, happy i was offered the choice between DSL or Cable. I was advised that cable internet was the best for my area. Switching from the big guys to Canfone was the best thing we ever did !!! No surprises on my Bill and every speed test has always given me exactly my speed if not more !!!! Keep it up guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidently fell upon this company, figuring I have nothing to lose. For the most part, they are professional and do their very best to help. After a couple of hiccups they got me up and running. For the price the service is pretty good. IP telephone service is good for the most part, however I still experience dropped calls from time to time. Internet is great, TV services for me, not so great. They offer good customer service which I believe, cares about the customer, something you won't get from the other providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a rougher start then most, but the corrective action was really quick. Big shout out to Ben and Jamie in customer service. Super understanding, friendly, and quick to action. One thing I appreciate about canfone is that you are not put on hold for hours waiting to speak to someone, I was always put right through or they call you back when ready.

I was recently shopping around to get a packet for live TV. Being a long-term customer, I left one evening late a message to call me so that I could clarify some questions regarding their TV packets. I got the day after a call, and all of my questions were answered to my full satisfaction allowing me to select the right packets for me. Luckily, I already had a supported device and while we were on the phone my TV was setup and activated. Uncomplicated, fast and for a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can never get a hold of anyone to solve your issue. I've called in 11 times over two nights. My credit card expired and they called to tell me iam four months behind. I said I wouldn't give my credit card number to them until I checked my bank account., I was behind.
Now they won't answer me or even respond. I just want to pay my bill.
Maybe go with a company that has real people! Not sure, but iam not impressed.

It's companies like this with their down to earth way of dealing with customers backed by a strong and reliable product, that makes us realize these are the types of companies worth supporting. Hats off to Kareem who is an absolute star!
