★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop itself is ok and the network coverage is nothing to complain about. This being said, I would strongly advise against using Koodo as a company for prepaid services - they're full of hidden fees and the telephone and email customer service suck (long wait times, not being able to get served in the language you prefer, fees if they make changes to you account by phone, etc.).
With the prepaid plans, they even have the nerve to charge you for incoming calls i.e. if someone dials a wrong number and you happen to pick up... you get charged for it. It doesn't make any sense!
The prepaid plans are just there as a doorway into a snide sales 'tactic' to con you into signing up for the monthly plans hence why you'll also receive a lot of annoying sales calls from them.
The only reason I went with them in the first place was because I was given a phone and it was blocked with Koodo. Now that my phone unlocked I'm changing company ASAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop sold me a plan and a phone on a promotion, however the phone was not available that day, so I placed a deposit for the phone.
When I went to pick up the phone a few days later, Koodo was unable to provide it for the price at which I had reserved it for, effectively changing our agreement.
I've already wasted a few hours trying to set up my new plan, and trying to understand why Koodo won't honour the original price. Quite disappointed!
