They trade in expired goods. And they did not even offer compensation for expired beer. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

He refused to take my empty beers back because I was not going to buy anything. Yet he does pay the tax for the deposit of bottles. This is already the second bad experience at this convenience store. I strongly recommend it!

The guy at the till spent 10 seconds examining a regular $20 to see if it was legit. Not terribly welcoming.

Came in there , the two new owners looked terrified, They followed me , looked at me all the way out. Did not accept credit. Told me 15$ is not much money. Dude you own a dep .... I mean , your not really a business adviser. The countdown for this place to close as started.

Refused to sell me a 20 cent bag because I originally asked for it in English. Said that Quebec was a French place and that I shouldn't speak English. Disappointed that their employees are prejudiced against other cultures. I am bilingual but still think one should have the right to speak other languages.

Extremely rude owner. I asked to buy cigarettes and said part of my request in English and he started to yell at me for not speaking French well. I was just shocked and confused so froze up and he just kept berating me. My girlfriend then the exact same question again but with the one word in English changed to French and he suddenly got them and check us out. He said he couldn't understand even though it was just the number 25 I said in English, and he was yelling in English so I dont think that is true. My French isn't very good because I also speak 3 other launguges I have to use more often. I understand it can make things harder, but there is a way to navigate that without dehumanizing and berating people trying to give you their money. It would be one thing if I was rude or didn't even try but he just heard 25 in English and became confrontational. I would not recommend shopping here by any means.
