★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tech store. The sales people are rude and unhelpful. They have an attitude of superiority and treat you like you don't know what you're talking about. The selection of products is terrible and the quality is mostly trash. The prices are also way to high for the low level of quality.

I had to contact nintendo support for them to tell me the shop never activated it and that i had to go back to the store .
I went back and they told me "our activation machine doesn't work you have to go to another store to get service "
I shouldnt have bought it there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The source is putting all the possible effort to ensure we buy all our stuff from Amazon. It does not make sense to sell similar products fro a higher price than the competitor when their policy is actually the less flexible.
I understand you cannot test earbuds but you should be able to return them if you are unpleased with them, and your team should select what they are selling. The SKULLCANDY INDY EVO is wrought with design defects and all modes are not even compatible with iOS as stated. Yet you are selling them and don't accept returns on them. Morever the staff told me to return it to SKULL CANDY for a refund when it is actually impossible since its been sold buy La Source as a reseller. I have been buying a lot of gaming stuff here, but won't bother anymore and would advise everyone around me to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy MacAfee Total Protection for 10 devices after checking the availability online for this store.
After showing her the product on the phone, a young female employee who helped me returned from the back of the store with a completely different product by MacAfee (Live Safe).
Then I showed her again on the phone that I was looking for Total Protection for 10 devices (at sale for $39.99+tax) and she returned with Total Protection for 5 devices (sold at $99.99+tax). She said that's all they had despite the availability on the website, without going back to check again. I would love to believe that she actually checked before coming out with the 5 devices one, but since she didn't seem to have any clue about any of the MacAfee products, I didn't believe that she even checked.
I miss the good old days when the geeky guys used to work in this store who knew what they were doing.
I always try to buy in stores to help businesses, but I guess from now on I'll buy things online when it comes to la source. Less hustle and less headaches to deal with incompetent people.
