★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here due to my laptop's overheating. They fixed it by applying thermal paste. While my laptop functioned well for about a week, Windows started giving me the message that "USB inserted was not recognized" without having inserted anything into the port. A week after that, my laptop's screen started freezing frequently, forcing me to shut the computer down. After returning to PC Support, I was told there was no problem they could detect. However, the problems kept persisting. Eventually I went to a different computer repair place that had to re-apply thermal paste once again. Only then did my laptop work normally again.
Edit: I was approached by Montreal PC Support and they kindly offered a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidently spilled water on my MacBook 2020. I took it to the apple store and they told me it cannot be recovered. So I took it to Montreal PC Support for repair, they cleaned it all and got it back in working condition in 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am preemptively giving this man 5 stars simply for the support he gave me on text. No charge, great attitude, he helped me with suggestions on a major problem I had after a water spill. I will be bringing in my PC for hands on work soon and will update. I have no reason to believe that the service will be short of exemplary.

Positive: They fixed my simple problem under 24h.
Details:
I called them to ask how much it would cost to have a re-soldering or replacement of a power jack. They told me they couldn't give me an estimate before doing a diagnostic themselves and that I'll be free to not do the job with them if I don't like the quote. Seemed odd, as such repair is fairly standard but if they wanted to have a look at the laptop before giving me a quote, I couldn't see anything wrong with it.
Once I get there, spend 10 min with them entering the information in their database about my computer. After doing all of it, they inform me that they'll call in the next 24h with a quote and, if I choose not to give them the repair job, they would charge me 80$+tx as diagnostic fees. Had I know this was their policy, I would not have come to their place but given that I was already there and I needed my laptop fixed in a timely manner, I reluctantly agreed even though this did not match what they had told me on the phone. I asked them beforehand, once again, an estimate of the price for the repair if my assessment was right and they said they couldn't know for sure.
They called me, a few hours later, telling me that changing the power jack is going to cost 180$+tx. I decide to bite the bullet and be done with it - as I needed that laptop fixed and couldnt fathom spending 80$+tx for a "diagnostic" which was the same as initial assessment. As to add insult to the injury, they've added 2.70$ as a "credit card fee" on the bill without telling me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to repair my laptop because my battery and SSD broke. I really thought that I would lose all my files since I didn't backed them up, but in the end everything went well! The repairs are bit expensive, but their services are really quick, they give quick updates, they are open to answer all your questions and they give their best for the repairs! So, it's definitely worth it and I definitely recommend this place if you ever have a PC emergency! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They absolutely deserve 10 stars. I brought my Apple MacBook Pro 2017 after I dropped tea on the keyboard to the Apple store, they estimated the repair for 1,100$. I brought it to Montreal PC Support PC support. They were able to repair the logic board without changing it for 490$. I will have those guys recommended for their extra ordinary job.
