It's sad to say but, I too was disappointed. I've been waiting for years to find a place to check a couple of broken hard drive, in the hope that I could retrieve some valuable data. I thought this was it. NOT ! ! The only answer I got was: "we couldn't read them!" Doh! I could have told you that already. Actually, I told you that in the first place. I wanted a miracle and they didn't offer me one. And a stiff bill too. Not to be recommended!

When I called these folks, I already knew that my MacBook hard disk had bad blocks. I expected them to do a data recovery. Instead, they told me what I already knew, and charged me $75. "We could not read your disk" .. said the tech person. At the competition, I got what I expected ... complete data recovery plus a new disk and OS .. at modest cost. Moral ... for this type of problem, don't touch IntechPro with a ten-foot pole.

If you are looking for a top notch service center, these guys will take care of you exactly like a real Apple Store. They can work on iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhone, and probably lots more. All I know, no more waiting or parking nightmare downtown only to wait around getting a repair done.

I called them because of problems with my 2012 MacBookPro. Steve listened carefully to my situation and patiently explained WHY and then followed with a detailed solution. The repair was done one day AHEAD of schedule, and at a price slightly LESS than what was originally quoted. At $300, my MacBookPro runs like a NEW machine. BRAVO to Steve and Raj!

I had an odd experience here. The customer service was quick and super friendly! However, the problem I went in with was that my charger had stopped working. I tried it at least 4 different times, and since my job relies on my computer, I obviously had to take care of it right away rather than wait it out. I took it in and after looking at it the worker told me that yes, in fact my charger was broken despite no physical signs of damage and that my only choice was to buy a new one. When I got home with my new charger I thought, why not give the old one one last try. I plugged it in and it was working! This leads me to believe the inspection was not terribly thorough. Still giving three stars since it could have been an honest mistake, but I think you're better off to go to Apple!

Do NOT go here for anything Apple related, these people are horrible. They refused to look at my phone, even though I took an appointment online with them. Their exact words: “we don’t deal with screens”. I questioned them on this, asking why I was able to make an online appointment that stated this exact problem, and the woman then asked me to leave the store! I was not yelling or raising my voice lol, she just didn’t like the fact that I was challenging them. Basically, I had my iPhone for less than a year so the repairs would be covered, and they realized they couldn’t make any money off me. So they refused to help. If you can’t get a quick appointment at the Genius Bar, you’re better off walking in and waiting an hour than wasting your time with these people.

How are these guys premium service providers? They offer tons of availabilities via the Apple website for repair, but when you show up they tell you that they are super busy and can't even take a look at your computer until the following week. On top of this, they want to charge you a 75$ diagnostic fee that Apple does NOT charge and doe NOT warn you about. Save yourself the trouble. Wait for an appointment with the legit Apple store. I did call Apple to complain about them.
