Great staff and motivating environment. It's a small box with the benefit of smaller (15 person) classes and attentive coaches who cater to all skill levels. There are usually two coaches on duty so that newcomers can get properly introduced to foundational movements and safe form, without leaving the rest of the class untended. Get ready to work on everything from metcon to gymnastics to olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. If you're into Olympic Weightlifting, they offer Oly-only classes and even have a competitive team!

Bad coaching is probably the main reason why CrossFit boxes often receive so much negative publicity (that gun-loving crackpot Dave Castro is, I guess, the second main reason). When it comes to coaching competence, Crossfit Waverly stands out from the rest. Its staff has detailed knowledge of all movements used in Crossfit and expertise in Olympic weightlifting. When I discovered this place, it took me just a week of training to realize how unique it was and to decide to sign up for a long-term membership.

I would wish there was a demo for ever workout/mouvement, regarless if the members present are regular or not. Other crossfit boxes ive been too always had a demo. And i think it is a mandatory thing to do as a trainer.. juat my Opinion.

Great team at Crossfit Waverly and although it's a smaller facility it uses the most of its space and works really well. Had a great drop in work out and Mike was a champion. The class wasn't the warmest at the start of the class but came around brilliantly at the end and left sweaty and satisfied. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will come back if we're in Montreal. Thanks again team

This is a fantastic place to train at. Great coaching and great programming. It doesn't matter if you are an aspiring games athlete or someone who has never trained before, they will customize the workouts for all of your needs. After working out there for a couple years, I convinced my then 68 year old father to try it. Now at 70, he is still going strong and loving it. Really fun place to train, if you haven't figured it out yet I highly recommend crossfit Waverley.

I've been at CrossFit Waverly since they first opened and the community is what brings us all together. The people are awesome but most of all the coaches are 100% dedicated to their athletes. Their programming is all about improving the fitness potential of who ever walks into the box. No matter what your strengths and weaknesses are, you will get better as an athletes and as an individual ! To top it off, they are the best Olympic weightlifting coaches. It's all about the technique !!

I have been exercising for a very long time. I have been to a lot of great gyms and Crossfit boxes. But when I think about which one is the best, without any hesitation, Crossfit Waverly comes to my mind. The gym combines a family environment, with a competitive spirit and gold standard teaching all in one gym. Crossfit Waverly is luxury, a luxury that was created through hard work by not only their exceptional, welcoming members, but its humble coaches and staff. A huge aspect in Crossfit is its establishment of community within the gym. Since its very first day, Waverly has built a strong community gathering members from all over Montreal, Laval and the South Shore. Great coaches, high quality equipment, and the most care and support anyone can wish for.
