Started training around 2 months ago. Wanted a radical lifestyle change with regards to food and exercise. I have now lost 22lbs in around 8 weeks. Feeling stronger, healthier and more confident in general. I no longer take a lot of medication/supplements that I was taking before and my mental health is definitely improving. Thanks team!

I completed a 4 month program here with Carl as my trainer, and the level of detail and knowledge for training, nutrition and follow-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place for any sort of personal training fitness goal.

I have been with Elite Coaching for more than 4 years now and my experience has been exceptional. I used to work out on my own for many years but the results that I was looking for were never there and it simply became frustrating. I decided to look for a professional trainer and Francois from elite coaching was referred to me by a friend who has been with him for close to 10 years. It was the best choice for my health, the workouts are great because they are designed for your type of body as we all are looking to achieve different things and the best thing is that you see the results. Today I physically and mentally feel better and I owe it all to elite coaching!!! Thanks Francois!!

Separating my review into sections because I think it’d be interesting to go a bit in depth about Elite Coaching :) Personal Background: I started at Elite Coaching in June 2021. I wanted to be stronger for my sports (aggressive skating, roller derby) and fix my nutrition. I’ve always been very athletic from a very young age, but never had healthy eating habits, basically eating 1 to 2 meals a day, never hydrating. First Steps: Firstly, the team at Elite Coaching really cater to your goals and needs- it’s extremely personalized to you. They will sit down with you to talk about what types of workouts you like to do, what you don’t like to do, what are your habits, what do you exactly want to achieve, all to help design the program that will give you the best results. Any questions or concerns you have, they’ll answer. They’ve dealt with many people from all walks of life, and will give you plenty examples, which helped me feel comfortable in what I’m investing in. Program Designs What I found unique about Elite Coaching is the weights that they have- most gyms will have weights increase from 5, 10, 15, etc, but at Elite Coaching they’re able to increase their weights by just 1 lb. Progress isn’t always linear, but at least for me, it helps with the motivation and journey, knowing I can conquer heavier weight in small increments. Programs change in a few weeks, so you’re not always doing the same thing for 12 weeks or 24 weeks. I go to EC 2x week and train at my gym by myself 1x week. So far, I haven’t seen any other clients have the same exact program as me. I love the BioSignature approach they do, it has helped me see the impact of the small changes in my nutrition and wellness sooner than I expect (usually within 2 weeks). It taught me a lot about how many things affect our body, including stress, sleep, hydration, and types of food. Since we check this very frequently, we’re able to set small goals that are realistic and achievable. Staff: I love the staff. Gabriella (Administrative Assistant) is super nice and welcoming, she was the first person I spoke to who gave me a summary of what Elite Coaching offers before speaking to Francois, who sat down with me for an hour to talk about my goals and needs (also to note, I was mentally preparing myself to train 5 days a week, but he told me that 3x is sufficient for my goals since rest is important. That was a big eye opener for me, contrary to what I was told in college lol). My main coach from the beginning is Julie, who I absolutely love to death. She has great positive energy and genuinely cares about your improvement and growth. I always look forward to our sessions together. She has gone above and beyond for me and I’m super thankful for everything she’s done for me, but mainly for being a huge positive influence in my life. I’ve had at least one training session with all the other coaches, who are also very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone always says hi when you arrive and bye when you leave ? Pricing: Just want to mention that pricing is subjective, what I consider “expensive” or “inexpensive” might not be “expensive/inexpensive” for others. So rather than commenting on whether it’s “expensive” or not, I want to note that I’m getting the most out of what I’m investing. I honestly highly doubt another gym would give me the same results as I’m getting at Elite Coaching, and I did a lot of research on other gyms before settling here. Everything makes sense to me for what I want to do and for my habits. I was very serious about making changes to my health and lifestyle. I cared more about making sure I get the results I wanted, to understand why I’m doing the things I’m doing. That’s it! It’s been about 10 months now and I’m a completely different person. I eat at least 3-4 meals a day now, I have much more energy throughout the day, and I don’t have to worry about my strength when I’m participating in my sports. I still have many things to work on, like my water intake, but I honestly feel great and know what I need to do thanks to Elite Coaching. Merci!

I started getting pain in my shoulders and arms (I’m a hairstylist). My job is very physical and I work long hours. I needed to get stronger in order to eliminate the pains I was getting. This was my first reason for joining Elite Coaching. Second, I just turned 42, and there’s no way I was going to let older age get to me, plus I really want buns of steel! ☺️ Little did I know that I’d get so many other benefits by joining! I was really impressed by the whole Elite process from the very beginning. The initial questionnaire really targeted my whole lifestyle. Like my sleeping habits, eating habits, goals, just to name a few. I knew as I was answering the questions, that this program was going to be fully custom made, just for me. And I really felt that the Elite team were going to support me in what my goals were to be. I love that they started me off slowly, and every session I built up my strength. I feel stronger and stronger after every session. I actually started seeing results in only two weeks. I had more energy, I was less bloated and I definitely felt stronger! I was hooked!! My clothes were already fitting better and most importantly I was already feeling more grounded, and I was so proud of myself for taking control of my health! The Elite team are great motivators, everyone is always so nice, the whole team is there to encourage me! A special shout out to Simon who trains me… your professionalism and knowledge are A+, and I couldn’t have gotten this far without you! You rock ??!!! And you always have my best interest at heart! I love that every two weeks Elite checks up on my eating and sleeping habits, and I really appreciate that they give me tricks to make it a little easier for me to incorporate better healthy habits on a daily basis. Im not one to write reviews usually. But I felt it was important for me to write one because I’ve been feeling so good since I started, and I wish these good feelings on anyone who’s on the fence about joining! I know for me the initial thought to join was a little scary, but Elite Coaching takes such good care of me. François, the owner, and his team really have my back. And I wish that for you too! You can do it!!!!!!

I did a 3-month program (nutrition and personal training) in Elite Coaching. My objective was to lose weight and the experience was amazing and outstanding. I lost substantial body weight and my body become in good shape. I think the team of Elite Coaching has the knowledge and the experience that match each person needs and target their objective. Many thanks to all the members of team and I highly recommend the gym to other people who want challenge their bodies and see the good results.

I have been training with elite coaching for the past nine months and it has been nothing short of amazing. I have been working with Julie to improve my fitness and making lifestyle changes in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. Like for most people, the pandemic took a toll on me in terms of physical and mental health and I appreciate the support of the staff here in helping me make improvements in my health. In the next few months, I will going back to training for rowing (which I used to do many years ago). I'm looking forward to the support and training I am getting at elite coaching to get me back at my competitive self. Thank you Julie and Francois.
