★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right outside of the Mont-Royal metro station above the Jean Coutu and Fitzroy. Very nice studios that fit a lot of students. Great lighting. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Lots of classes are offered. I love their open house days. You can try a lot of classes for free then before deciding on which one to sign up for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go "shake your body". Studios are big and well equipped. Instructors are cool. You can buy snacks and collations at the reception. There are water dispensers ? it's really close the metro station.
