I personally enjoy the crossfit group classes because they provide an excellent full-body workout with trainers that ensure you're doing exercises the right way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pool of knowledge. These guys are experts in their field. Thorough attention to detail with regards to movement and rehab. The coaches there are very generous with their time, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend this training center to anyone interested in technique, strength or ifyou are coming back from injury. Professional!

His advice not to catch COVID is: "Simply breathe by the nose all the time, and you won't catch COVID". I cannot endorse such an irresponsible behavior.
Aside this, great looking place. Would love to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the BEST! You cannot find more educated, professional, sensitive, passionate, well-intentioned coaches anywhere. They listen and help. I had Sciatica for years and was told by my doctor that my choices were either pain killers or surgery. 3 months after my initial meeting with the gym, I was pain free and continue to be pain free. Thanks to Vince and Chris for being so good at what they do.
