A Top Team, motivated and motivating! Serious work with regular follow-ups. Various exercises. Nothing to complain about, except you recommend AlphaShape!

L’ambiance des cours, des coachs et du groupe étaient fantastiques. On a eu vraiment tous du fun à pratiquer dans un beau studio full équipé. Nous avions également un suivi nutritionnel adapté et j’ai obtenu de super bons résultats après 3 mois, -4kg et une sacré différence dans mon quotidien! Un gros merci à l’équipe, je recommande à 200%! I took the semi-private group lessons in the fall of 2021 and it was one of the only times in my life that I was so motivated to play sports! The atmosphere of the classes, the coaches and the group was fantastic. We all had a lot of fun practicing in a beautiful, fully equipped studio. We also had an adapted nutritional follow-up and I got super good results after 3 months, -4kg and a hell of a difference in my daily life! A big thank you to the team, I recommend 200%!

J’étais réticente au départ à la suite de quelques expériences décevantes dans d’autres gym et Yann a su m’écouter, me rassurer et m’accompagner dans cette aventure. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner. Yann was my personal trainer and I loved everything about my experience! Studio coaches are dedicated and attentive to our needs. I was reluctant at first following a few disappointing experiences in other gyms and Yann was able to listen to me, reassure me and support me in this adventure. I'm already looking forward to going back.

L'ambiance est également au rendez-vous ce qui nous amène à nous dépasser encore plus. Les résultats positifs sont garantis à 100%!!! To have followed the semi-private training for 3 months, there is nothing more to say than satisfaction! The coaches are a shocking duo. The atmosphere is also there which leads us to surpass ourselves even more. Positive results are 100% guaranteed !!!

L'équipe est au top, ça a toujours été un plaisir d'y aller ! Moi qui détestait le sport ils ont réussi à me rendre accro ! Vraiment je recommande à 1000% ! I followed the private + collective training program with an incredible coach who listens and motivates us, and the results are incredible!!! The team is at the top, it's always been a pleasure to go there! I who hated the sport they managed to make me addicted! I really recommend 1000%!
