They offer so so many frames on a fixed price less than 70$ they also are flexible with the payment methods. Also you can claims to your insurance if you have a coverage. Covid-19 situation; i called , i was given an appointment the same day, their offices on st-viateur are well organized, you go on appointment, receptionist confirming your appointment, the desks are respecting the health mesures due to the covid. More than two meters distance, plastiglass on each desk. Mask respected. I felt very very safe and comfortable being there. The professional lady who assisted me was so so patient and i felt she was really engaged to satisfy me by showing me tons of frames, she gave me a basket for the frames i didn't like so they can clean them after. She was very kind didn't just wanted to sell me anything. Thank you so much.team bonhomme à lunette. Because of them i can afford to renew my glasses with a very fair price. And quality. I will wait for their call to go pickup my new goodies ? and i can post pictures ☺️

They not only help you choose the frames that suit you best, they also suggested what type of frame would work best with my son's prescription. We left feeling so relieved after having the worst experience at New Look. I would recommend ?.

They broke the new frame cost of 214$ and they said they are not responsible. We gave brand new frame and they are returning broken frame then who is responsible for that. Also then didn't call us to inform we went to place twice and called many times to get it back then thay said its broke. This is not the way to maintain clients and business if you have done something wrong you should fix it as well. Very bad experience ..not recommended.

Tariq patiently heard me out and explained to me while I couldn't get a new frame without a prescription, he was kind enough to readjust my old lenses onto a new frame. I got a wonderful new frame to flaunt for 60 CAD only. Great place for students who need glasses for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!

Everything costs a fraction of the price of any other place I have been to before. Very glad that my boyfriend found this place 3 years ago, I was there then and I am back again now. Never had any problems with the frame or lenses in these 3 years just going back cause my prescription changed. Keep up the good work!
