And price is affordable, much lower than anywhere else! 4 of my friends also went there to get their new glasses and everyone was amazed by hundreds of choices. If you want to get a really nice pair of glasses, it is the place to go!

Tell them you want their honest opinion when selecting glasses and you won't regret. Also, they have a referral program which is refer 10 people get one pair free. Tell them I sent you! ? Also, make sure to ask for a coffee! =)

I visited this shop on the advice of some friends, who told me that there were opticians who were trained to advise you on what kind of glasses look best for your face shape. It’s always been a source of anxiety for me choosing my glasses, so this was a major selling point to me. The optician assigned to me gave me a huge variety of glasses that he thought would look good on me to try on, which we then narrowed down together. He afterwards picked some more glasses after understanding better what my taste was. I’m extremely happy with what I ended up picking (I honestly could have never picked a decent pair of glasses by myself). I wish other glasses shop offered this kind of service. I’m definitely coming back, and bringing more people! Thank you again Les Branchés Lunetteries for the 20/20 service :)
i	irene sukherman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed with my experience at the store, I did purchase couple of glasses in a last few years, so I really like the designs, but when I came by appointment last time, they didn't even allow me to look around, so how am I suppose to choose my glasses, without even able to look?? oh, a stylist was suppose to choose glasses for me, are you kidding??, you can not choose anything for me, I have to look for myself, I understand, that present situation is difficult for everybody, but in every store, even if you're not able to try something, you're able to look around. it they do let people choose their glasses, why bother to be open?

We showed up and they took up to a private station and the lovely woman chose an incredible selection of glasses for my boyfriend to try, helping us narrow down the selection of styles he likes and then getting more to try in that same style before deciding on a beautiful frame. This is my go to place to shop for glasses and that hasn't changed.

Then I came back because the price of the lenses are half the price of Antoine Laoun. You can tell they are cheaper quality but I am gentle with my glasses so it's ok for me. My experience with the staff was good the first time but since then it has been off. The last visit was particularly bad. Told 2 staff what I wanted (and didn't want) very clearly but it wasn't respected after I was passed on to other staff. When I saw the bill, I pointed out the error but I was made to feel like I made the mistake. The angry attitude didn't change and there definitely was no apology for the mix up. So I agree with the others who didn't have a good customer service experience here. It's also frustrating when you need to get new frames. They don't seem to have any training on facial shapes and what to suggest and browsing for frames is stressful and aggravating. Lower prices are the only reason to come here (if you can handle their weird ways of doing things)
