★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love love this place. I can't even eat chocolate from anywhere else now because they have spoiled me. I really miss the passionfruit dark chocolate bar. It was so good that I can't let go of it even though it's been gone for months and months...it was the perfect balance of dark chocolate and sour passionfruit like nothing I had ever had before or will ever have again. I am actually mourning that chocolate bar. I get all my gifts for friends and family here. Everything they make is solid gold. The people who work here are so nice and the staff seem happy. It's as if I had a dream about the perfect chocolate shop and it came to life.

Had their hot chocolate which is heavy and divine, their dark chocolate cookie is very good and I am a fan of their croque-mous: roasted walnut, caramel and several layers of dark chocolate around it. Good thing for my diet it's not on my way to work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed and paid for an order online. I went in-store the day after. They told me it was not ready even though they had all the things I'd ordered in stock for walk-in customers. How hard can it be to put a box of chocolates together? When I said I'd wait while they packaged my order, I was told to wait for the email (which came a week later) and then come back...
Moral of the story: don't pay in advance or you'll be punished. Walk in and get your chocolates on the spot or—better yet—don't walk in at all, because they don't value timeliness or logistics. If it's around a holiday, prepare to be refused for business.
As for the chocolates themselves, they are good. Their version of the Cadbury egg is overly sweet and so large the filling gets to be monotonous. Their stuffed chocolates were alright but the vanilla and s'mores were boring and didn't really taste like luxury; I wonder whether they use palm oil. Fruitier ones were good as were the cherry bombs.
Really not sure what makes this place so popular, frankly. I don't believe I will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and amazing chocolates. After Canada post delivered a wholly melted box of chocolates that was sent as a birthday gift, Maxime personally delivered a replacement box. I have never been more impressed with customer service. Will be buying from them in the future !
