â â â â â Vraiment contente d'avoir choisi Les Binocles pour mon examen de la vue. Moi qui croyait repartir avec la prescription, j'y ai trouvĂ© les lunettes parfaites! Tout d'abord j'ai eu un acceuil chaleureux. Aucune attente pour mon rendez-vous. L'examen de la vue est moin dispendieux qu'aux autres endroits oĂč j'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ©.
Les employées m'ont aidé à trouver une paire qui respecte mes goûts et surtout mon budget! Elles n'ont pas hésité à me montrer cette monture Stella McCartney pour enfant, adaptée à ma petite face et moins chÚres. Je vous recommande d'y aller pour votre prochaine paires et dite que je vous réfÚre, on aura chacun 20$ de rabais grùce à leur programme de références !
C'est facile d'accĂšs, Ă 2 minutes du metro Beaubien.
Really glad to have chosen Les Binocles for my eye exam. Me who thought to leave with the prescription, I found the perfect glasses! First of all I had a warm welcome. No waiting for my appointment. The eye exam is cheaper than the other places I called.
The employees helped me to find a pair that respects my tastes and especially my budget! They did not hesitate to show me this Stella McCartney child's mount, adapted to my little face and cheaper. I recommend you go for your next pair and said that I refer you, we will each have $ 20 off thanks to their referral program!
It's easy to reach, 2 minutes from metro Beaubien.

(Tous les tests sont payés par la RAMQ, sauf 1, mais ils n'en parlent pas d'avance).
Waiting 30 minutes, despite our appointment.

BlĂąmer ses clients du coĂ»t de cette procĂ©dure lorsquâils viennent de dĂ©bourser une centaine de dollars pour le service? Aucunement professionnel. Dommage car le restant de lâĂ©quipe fĂ»t trĂšs agrĂ©able.
Pressure to buy frames aggressively from the owner, when we had made it clear the day before when making an appointment that we wanted to do just a simple eye exam. Blame your clients for the cost of this procedure when they have just shelled out a hundred dollars for the service? Not at all professional. Too bad because the rest of the team was very pleasant.

Mentionnant quâon partait en vacances 2 jours plus tard, jâai eu mes lunettes prĂȘtes en moins de 48h, avec de superbes montures. Quel service! CâĂ©tait ma premiĂšre expĂ©rience mais ce ne sera pas la derniĂšre!
Autant lâoptomĂ©triste que lâopticienne ont Ă©tĂ© excellentes et serviables, je recommande trĂšs fortement.
My glasses broke and the glasses gave me an eye exam the next day. Mentioning that we were going on vacation 2 days later, I had my glasses ready in less than 48 hours, with great frames. What service! It was my first experience but it won't be the last!
Both the optometrist and the optician were excellent and helpful, I highly recommend.

â â â â â I took my mom for an eye exam and new glasses. She was not happy with the quality of lenses used. They are dirty all the time and need to be washed daily! I complained within 2 weeks and was not told we could have them replaced for free within 3 months of purchase. I complained again today 7 months later and got this response. The frames also are not the best quality for the price of over $400 for glasses and lenses. Not going to purchase any product here. Good for eye exam only. Currently in negotiation for replacing the lenses for free. Will update with a positive review if a desired outcome is successful and the product is replaced and good.
