Ils ont réussi à faire de la place pour mon rendez-vous, malgré le fait que je n'étais pas une cliente régulière. Excellente clinique, professionnelle, compétente ! Merci beaucoup à Danielle pour son temps, c'est très appréciée ! I called the Opto-Réseau clinic to make an appointment (emergency). They were able to make room for my appointment, despite the fact that I was not a regular client. Excellent clinic, professional, competent! Thanks a lot to Danielle for her time, it's much appreciated!

J'ai appelé au mois de décembre pour voir s'il était possible de me dépanner pour des verres de contacts pour la période des fêtes et la réceptionniste a été d'une arrogance inouïe. J'ai été tellement choquée de la façon dont on m'a parlé que je me suis tournée vers une autre clinique. On vient tout juste de m'appeler pour que je vienne faire un suivi et quand j'ai voulu leur expliquer que je ne viendrais plus et pourquoi, la réceptionniste (que je soupçonne être la même) m'a raccroché au nez. J'avais une bonne expérience avec mon optométriste, mais le service à la clientèle est tellement pourri que je vous conseille fortement d'aller vers une clinique plus humaine. Je ne pensais pas qu'il était possible d'être aussi arrogant envers des clients de longue date. I was a client of this clinic from the moment I had to wear glasses. For over 20 years I have done business with them. I called in December to see if it was possible to help me out with contact lenses for the holiday season and the receptionist was beyond arrogance. I was so shocked at the way I was told that I turned to another clinic. They just called me to come and follow up and when I wanted to explain to them that I would no longer come and why, the receptionist (whom I suspect to be the same) hung up on me. I had a good experience with my optometrist, but the customer service is so rotten that I strongly advise you to go to a more humane clinic. I didn't think it was possible to be so arrogant towards long-time customers.

Jamais avant on ne n'avait parlé auparavant de la technologie de verres avec laquelle je vis tous les jours maintenant, ça a changé ma vie. Ces verres ne sont pas plus cher que mes anciens, juste mieux appropriés pour moi. Je ferai toutes mes lunettes là-bas désormais. Je recommande Very attentive service. J’ai été reçu par Ariane Bonté qui a bien pris le temps de cerner mes attentes puis à effectué ses mesures. Elle m’a aussi prescrit des goutes pour les allergies au pollen qui ont changé ma vie pendant plusieurs semaines! Finalement je suis très content du choix de ma monture après avoir hésité entre plusieurs modèles et des verres qui sont parfaits. Excellent service. The reception staff are very welcoming and professional as are the staff who perform certain eye tests before seeing the optometrist. I was received by Ariane Bonté who took the time to identify my expectations and then took her measurements. She also prescribed drops for pollen allergies which changed my life for several weeks! Finally, I am very happy with the choice of my frame after having hesitated between several models and lenses that are perfect.

J’avais l’oeil endommagé avec une grosse plaie et j'étais vraiment en douleur. L'optométriste m’a vraiment sauvé ce soir car j’avais appelé à 8 p.m et il m’a reçu étant donné que sa journée était terminé. Vraiment héroïque de ta Dr Mac Mahon je vous remercie pour m’avoir sauvé d’une soirée douloureuse. I called for an emergency, I had a particle stuck in my eye during my visit to a construction site. I had the damaged eye with a big wound and I was really in pain. The optometrist really saved me this evening because I had called at 8 p.m and he received me since his day was over. Truly heroic from your Dr Mac Mahon thank you for saving me from a painful evening.

C	Chris Pope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit after response from the owner: I stand by my review. At the end of the day I was charged $50 before being told I would be leaving empty handed. I would rather have been charged the full amount for a contact exam (exactly as I requested in my initial appointment notes) than charged only $50 for literally nothing. Avoid this place; friendly staff but predatory practices. They gladly took my money for a contact lens exam and then denied me my prescription when I politely refused to buy their insanely marked up contacts. My experience: - booked a contact lens exam as a new patient using their website - In the booking I very clearly added a note along the lines of "I will most likely buy my contacts online, I only need a contact prescription update". - arrive on day of appointment, everyone is friendly, they give me the vision test (takes about 5 minutes since I already have contacts in and the new prescription is nearly identical) - I go to billing, they offer me all kinds of expensive plans and offer me the GENERIC version of my normal contacts at nearly $100 MORE than the non-generics I buy online (crazy) - I politely decline and again inform them I will buy my contacts online - They take my payment for the exam and say have a great day - I ask for my prescription at which point they begin uncomfortably mentioning that they will not give it to me because I didn't buy contacts from them. I press a little and they start making up some stuff about Quebec laws and safety (it's a lie from what I read about Quebec's Patient/Privacy laws, they MUST give me my prescription as it's my data) Don't go here, they are out to gouge you
