★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of service. You have to wait for 3 hrs wrt your actual appointment time. The doctor neither sends prescriptions to your pharmacist nor gives you the prescription. You will be left in between. Be careful before booking an appointment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was absolutely terrible. My girlfriend had a scheduled appointment, we showed up 20 minutes before only to inform her that the appointment was cancelled. The lady at the front was rude, uncaring and unwilling to help. She claimed she called and left a voicemail yet there's no call history, or voicemail on my girlfriend's phone. Avoid this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive been to this clinic 3 times now. though you have to wait a bit to get service : as with any clinic now a days anyways, i find myself appreciative of the way they are organized and that they went above and beyond for my needs. for things that i never thought to ask

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with this clinic and was let in a timely manner. However, I was treated very badly by the radiologist doctor. He didn't have any respect for me and I felt very unwelcome in his office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was at 2, waited until 3:35 to finally see the doctor. Doctor Turenne did not make eye contact when I sat in the room and was running errands, going in and out of the room. Once he sat down he asked me "Why are you here, this is for emergencies only, it's covid times." Not only did he treated me rudely and without empathy, the whole staff is incompetent, and has no empathy. Sick people are vulnerable. How dare you treat your patients with such little consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic I've been to in Montreal. I booked an urgent appointment online the day before. When I arrived, they told me that there were 2 people ahead of me. After an hour wait, another receptionist told me there were THREE people ahead of me!!! I was sitting near the receptionist desk and I heard them telling every single person that there are 3 people ahead of them. They repeat the same thing to everyone. I ended up leaving before they called my name because I had to pick up my kids from daycare. I'll go to the hospital instead. A scheduled appointment means nothing to them. So don't waste your time, especially if u don't feel well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for three hours and there is literally nobody in this waiting room. I guess the doctor is eating dinner or something, which I would love to be doing as it is 19:00 and I have been here since 16:00.
Update: The doctor saw me at 22:30. How is a six hour wait acceptable? The reason he was so slow is that he should have retired at least a decade ago. I’d feel bad for this dude, but he also was completely rude and said that he is only qualified to treat colds and flus. What?
