But my wife has now been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. We have both tried calling several times, at different times of day, but the call is never picked up. My wife also sent an email and has gotten no reply. Nothing indicates that the clinic is closed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to park at the paid parking nearby, paid the $10 parking and came back. Then I was told they do not accept walk-ins.
I wasted $10 on parking based on their advice.
Also, it’s called a walk-in for a reason...
They tried to charge me $100 because I’m from Ontario.
I don’t recommend visiting.
You’re better off heading to the hospital for immediate attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was overjoyed to find out that I had a finally been assigned a family doctor after 8 years on the provincial waiting list. However, I am still finding myself in the same position of having practically no access to medical care. I have never been able to schedule an appointment over the phone as nobody ever picks up and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have to take time off work to go in person just to attempt to book an appointment with a doctor who practically never has any availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I met with Dr. Rony for an infection. He was professional, smiling and helpful. The front staff was also professional and courteous. He did speak fast but wrote down everything I mentioned. I would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is clean and seems organized. From my experience, the 3 different receptionists I spoke to were all very nice and accomodating. The nurse who called me in for a preliminary examination was also super nice. I was actually disappointed she wasn't the one who was going to be treating me. This was because the actual doctor - and this is where the clinic loses a star - didn't really seem to care much about me. I get it, you have a lot of people to see in a day. But talking over me, dismissing what I'm trying to tell you, especially since there were a few terms I was struggling to translate in French, didn't feel great. Didn't bother trying to figure out the cause of the issue, just gave me two prescriptions and a referral. I guess I got what I came for, which was fine and I'm thankful for that. But I just wish I could have left there feeling a bit more informed and acknowledged by the doctor.

I am extremely happy with her service. I wish there were more caring doctors like her. Thank you Dr. Kailin for your wonderful service!
