Que ce soit par mon médecin traitant ou en urgence, j’ai eu les soins appropriés. Je recommande cette clinique. Aussi les secrétaires sont très patientes. I have been followed by this clinic for over ten years and have always been well cared for. Whether it was through my attending physician or as an emergency, I received the appropriate care. I recommend this clinic. Also the secretaries are very patient.

My friend had an appointment and when we got there 20mins ahead of time and they didn’t have her appointment in they’re system!! Sooooo not professional! I would not suggest to anyone to go here.

There was no one at the reception that was able to help my girlfriend and she waited (which lead to her being "late"). We had an appointment for the checkup and first vaccinations of our baby, and because of the fact that we weren't notified by phone/text/email about the new policy, our baby did not receive his vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they handled things, and it doesn't seem like we are the only ones who were affected by these sudden change.

If they are four or more hours late (3:20pm appointment and they don't call you to see the doctor until 7:30pm), and you leave after a couple hours and need to reschedule then you get charged fees. Don't go here unless you've got nothing else to do with your day.

We were there for an appointment for our 3 week old child and the receptionist decided to keep us outside of the clinic in cold weather to ask her questions, although there was no other patients before us and she could let us in and ask them!!! Zero respect and empathy toward parents and keep on talking about procedures Everybody should stand for several minutes outside of the clinic in cold to answer questions before being able to go inside and continue to answer questions!!!
