Called in to follow up about something quite serious following my first appointment. Receptionist was not interested in speaking with me, rushed me off the phone, did not provide any direction or seem to understand the urgency of the issue. I had to explain multiple times that I needed a follow up with the doctor before she finally agreed to have someone call me back. Still have not received a call. I understand that everyone is busy and that they are juggling multiple things at once but this should not come at the price of basic respect and kindness toward clients.

I do not like writing bad reviews, but maybe this review can help people know better and not be caught by surprise. The time for phone appointments with the health care specialists might not be respected. In my case, the doctor simply did not call or notify me of the delay. And quite honestly, I still don't know if there will be any calls at all or not. As you might also notice, the phone lines do not work and the answering machine is full. The only way to contact them is the email which if you are lucky they will answer. An answer which was not necessarily helpful in my case. So, expect this when you are reorganizing your day to accommodate a visit or a phone call appointment. They used to be good, I don't know what happened.

With a request to see a specialist, in this clinic we found an appointment in almost 3 weeks, super fast if we compare elsewhere goes between 6 to 12 months, the place is very clean, personal are friendly and responsible, i'll come again and i recommend! :) Thank you guys taking care of us <3

Very bad service. They barely answer phone calls and emails. Got a prescription from the doctor that he never sent to the pharmacy. I tried to reach them for a week, no answer!!! Just unprofessional and disrespectful. They dont care about anyone!

Extremely rude reception service. I got interfered by another receptionist while on the phone for her to shout in my face because she ASSUMED I’m asking about “how long till the test results” while I was discussing the missing blood tests from my file. Very unprofessional, I repeated myself 4 times, they seem confused and don’t know their job. Very bad for a place where we have to trust people we work with it because it concerns our health. Lastly while saying thank you she hang up in my face, such a horrible experience

My family doc Nadia is super friendly and professional . On the other hand, The reception have done an extremely poor job, not only some of the reception staff are rude, indeed the most unprofessional service I had ever experienced. Had sent 5 emails in the past week to simply ask sending my new prescription to the pharmacy , clearly told the receptionist on the phone today I am literally out of pill which keeps me alive on daily basis, but still waiting……. We think about trust and respect when picturing a medical service association. Sadly the trust could be ruined by those bad experience.
