★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is a Mystery...you're assigned a Doctor..but a few months later...you'rs told that he left the Clinic..I thought he had died..but No..he left nowhere to be found...happened 3 times before I decided to go elsewhere...To this day, 26 September 2020, cannot get Medical Records!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic i have stepped foot in. Brought my son cause he was sick and he became more sick in this closed up clinic. Both secretaries in the front were so loud , screaming on the phone. It was literally a zoo in there. Very badly managed, be aware and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went today, and before going i called them and nobody answer. I left a massage for a call back never get a call back. I went and they're not working. no doctor are there. and someone from there advised me that they gonna reopen on March first. they wasted my time going there and missing the opportunity to visit different clinic and get a priority. Unfortunately i couldnt go to any clinic after on that day coz most of them were completed to accept people. They could have update there answer machine with massage saying that there is no Doctor there so they save people time and hassles. Or even answer their damn phone to inform people accordingly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called bonjour santé and got an appointment there. In less than 10 minutes, I was able to see a nurse for my kid. Then I saw the doctor almost right after. All the crew was pretty nice and respectful. I recommend without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really bad organized. I did my blood test and was waiting 8 days. When you pay around 600$ you expected to get a good service in return. First they assure me I won't wait more then 3 day, what usually private clinic does, even some of them 2 open days. My point is why you go to private clinic and wait 8 days if can have same result in public medical centre for free. It doesn't make sense.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gravel has been my daughter’s paediatrician for seventeen years. My daughter feels very comfortable with her & feels she really listens & sincerely cares about her patients. She has always gone out of her way to provide extra care, when medical situations arose. In fact, according to my own experiences, I would say she went beyond what is required from a doctor in Quebec & beyond any level of service received from other medical professionals. Thank you Dr Gravel!
