â â â â â This is our family doctor and his office is taking us for a ride. They don't answer calls, although on the greetings it says to call us Monday to Thursday from 9 AM. I haven't been successful in getting appointment to renew my prescriptions or checkup on chronic issues. This is one horrible office if you're looking for your family doctor attention. You simply don't care about people. Stay away.

â â â â â Unable to contact your office for months, your message states you can be reached Monday to Thursday between 9-1 yet the same message comes on and no one ever answers. If the office had closed, it is your duty and responsibility to advise your patients by letter on what they need to do if the office had closed. This is unacceptable ad your patients need follow ups and prescription renewals.
