★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to obtain a new health card and find this branch on the official website. However it doesn't have this function currently. The desk guy just show me this paper and ask me to inquire the clerk, l took a number and waited 20min and the clerk gave me one more same paper, and told me to call the number on the bottom, she don't know anything else. What a waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great to get covid tested. Very easy and fast. Rarely a line and no inside wait time. Staff are calm and regulated despite stressful times. They even have candy and balloon animals for kids! Thank you for keeping us healthy and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there around a month ago to get my second dose of COVID vaccine. I didn’t have an appointment this time, so I had to wait outside with a couple more people for a good 30 mins. No one was rude, it felt like they wanted everyone to be vaccinated so waiting wasn’t an issue. The infrastructure however shows its age, it feels like a hospital/clinic straight out of 80s. Cramped and dark. They make you take an elevator to the basement for vaccinations, and the wait continues there. You also play a medical version of musical chairs, as in you line up by sitting in chairs and you keep chair hopping as the line moves. Again, the nurses and doctors there were super kind as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a lower rating i would! Where can i call to launch a complaint to have all of these people fired! Not only are they rude they never pickup the phone....and when the line opens they hang up. These are my hard earned tax dollars at work! These people should not have the privilege of working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked before going for a covid test , arrived on site and was turned away. Health care workers , as written on government site, are eligible for testing went to another locarion and had no issues terrible management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My baby had 12months vaccine nd on 2nd day he had loosemotion nd loss of appetite...i got worried bcoz he was vry upset not even eating a single spoon of anything.I changed his diaper nd clothes around 10 times a.day.i cal them bt no one respond me not even cal me back to know the condition of my baby.poor service
