★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu de très mauvaises expériences par le passé avec les prélèvements sanguins. Cependant, l'intervenante qui m'a fait le prélèvement était douce, patiente et m'a tout de suite installée sur une chaise longue pour m'étendre.
Excellent service, et ce, même en temps de pandémie. Sourires, courtoisie et efficacité de la part de toute l'équipe. Vraiment bravo !
ps : je n'ai même pas perdue connaissance, ce qui est un miracle. Un grand merci.
 I have had very bad experiences in the past with blood tests. However, the worker who took the sample from me was gentle, patient and immediately put me on a lounge chair to lie down.
Excellent service, even in times of a pandemic. Smiles, courtesy and efficiency from the whole team. Congratulations !
ps: I haven't even lost consciousness, which is a miracle. A big thank-you.

Since the appointment scheduling system was introduced for blood tests, life has become much easier for those who have to go to work afterwards. Well done!!

Nurses are nice!
But the receptionists, I don't know who they think they are but wow ... rudeness, arrogance, I've never seen that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais acceuil de la part de la receptioniste, la dame ne prend meme pas la peine d'écouter les patients, déjâ qu'elle ne vous même pas quand elle vous parle.
Bad reception from the receptionist, the lady does not even bother to listen to the patients, already she does not even talk to you.

Everything was fine though but one of the receptionist barely seated gets angry and remains stupid because I must have my card in hand. She doesn't even look at me with an absent smile. Being courteous and pleasant is not his forte. Long live solidarity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this CLSC for many years for me and my family for blood tests and other tests. Over the years the service has gotten better and better. The employees and medical staff are friendly polite and efficient. The waiting time can be from 20 min to over an hour but it is due to large amounts of patients and not any ineffectiveness of the CLSC staff.
