★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are in big trouble if you only speak English like me. Terrible response time. French only announcements on their vmail. It takes a week or more for my English only message to be returned if they return it at all. From Montreal I call a coop association in Ontario and my call is returned same day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service has deteriorated to the point where the majority of phone calls never get returned, even after many attempts. After a ridiculous amount of messages left i get a call back. The person i spoke with could not help, but said someone would call back the following week for a 10 min conversation. Guess what? Yep, no call back.
