★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one respects the the clients time, I called upfront to make an appointment, we made it for 4 pm but at the reception they informed me that I will be maybe received in 3 hours or maybe more. What is the point to make an appointment? Just deception in order to receive more clients and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from my work overseas. Called to make an appointment with my doctor that I met only once while I was in Montreal.
To my surprise, was told that my file was closed!! Told the reception, how you could close my file while am still alive?? The answer given: we close the file after 6 months.
My reply was: very unique system?. Of course, I said thank you....
