★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANDRA ST LAURENT t is not made to work with the public in my opinion. She hangs up in people's face as soon as they demand the manager of the clinic! AGRESSIVE ATTITUDE AND WAITING OVER 10 min on the phone. I called back made the same request and 3 TIMES SHE HANGED UP IN MY FACE. WOW DR LEVI MUST BE SO PROUD OF HIS TEAM.especially SANDRA ST-LAURENT. Dr Levi ABOUT TIME YOU SEE YOUR PATIENTS ARE HELD HOSTAGES BY 18 YEARS OLD THAT ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS. Who hangs up in people's faces FOR NO REASON IN A CLINIC

Two weeks calling every day to request an appointment, I left several messages and they never called back. When they finally answer the call they don't have the doctor's agenda to schedule the appointment, they say I should call back later.
I insist that they should call me back and they just say that I must call again and they hang up on me.
They don't even worth one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impossible to get an appointment in over a year, phone calls never answered ?? I have requested to remove Dr. David Levy as family doctor and back on the waiting list for an MD …..
UPDATE as of Sept.24/2021 when I try to call it seems the phone# of the clinic is no longer in service.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible it's over 2 years i leave a message and no call back. Dr. Levis is no longer there since Covid and left patients without any other alternative. Aswell you can not register on GMFA as it says you already have a family doctor. the Clinic's mailbox is always full and never returns call. this is Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I've been trying to reach the clinic for months now and there is absolutely no way to get the line and the voice mail is always full so I can't leave a message.
I recently found out that my doctor moved to a new clinic via a post he did on RateMyMD. Clinique MD Santé should have called or sent me an email to let me know that he's moved. The same happened to my partner and a different family doctor at this same clinic. Very unprofessional.
I really like my doctor but I could not stand dealing with the clinic. Luckily I won't have to anymore, my MD's new clinic is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed since Covid. Dr never calls back, now VM has been full for months. Quebec gov should remove their patients from the doctor list and remove the clinic from the gov site. Why doctors can’t do phone or zoom calls is shameful.
