We've all heard: "If you experience these symptoms, consult your doctor." I have an amazing doctor at this clinic, but it is impossible to get an appointment with her (or anyone, really). I've been trying to take an appointment for nearly a month and still haven't been able to do so... The phone line is busy or won't work, the menu doesn't work, and if by miracle it does, no one answers. I tried the online route, but the clinic's website clearly states that the online registration is for the emergency clinic only, not consulting your family doctor..

I came to this clinic for a consultation 3 weeks ago, they took x-rays and i havent heard back. I called them everyday and no answer. Terrible staff, service and practice. When i first arrived, i had to check in with the secretary and she spoke so loud and yelled from across the room to me speaking about my reason for coming. Now i am on the phone to try to get my results, the receptionist refuses to speak english, i asked for a number to make a complaint and she hung up on me. The receptionist name is Martine

I've been going to this clinic for most of my life, and in the 10+ years of adulthood that I've made my own appointments, I've not once been able to talk to a secretary to schedule something. I once tried to go in person a few years ago, and was told the only way they schedule appointments is by phone. I'm now looking to make an appointment in person with my doctor for something rather urgent, but am only able to make a phone appointment in one month's time online. The call disconnects every time I'm about to be transferred to my doctor's secretary. Going to the walk-in is obviously not an option because of Covid, which normally is a faster route.

Impossible to reach a secretary to take an appointment. Then the doctor I saw which I have had for years said that he is a doctor for physical issues and that he doesn't deal with mental health because he can't quantify it. I ask for a referral to see a specialist but he said that it would take 2 years to get an appointment so he didn't see the worth of it. Horrible experience!

it is not professional at all to make patients wait for over 1 hour for an appointment. this is not the emergency room. especially for a paediatric appointment. If you can't take the patients on time then space them out, it's not that hard. on top of that, the doctor tells me she won't examine my kid because she didn't do a covid test. she has fever and is pulling her ear, check her ears and do your job. I am filing a complaint with the RAMQ because they seem to enjoy swiping the ramp card to get paid doing nothing

Completely satisfied with this walk-in clinic. It is a very first time we were here because we live in Montreal and do not have a family doctor. Only positive emotions talking to a friendly receptionist despite we were late for 10 minutes due to traffic. Caring and attentive doctor who listened to our problems and prescribed a good medication. Test was done within 10 minutes, 10 minutes waiting to be called. Thank you!!!

My review is about the clinic that is from the right and outside of Jean-coutu pharmacy. I have been referred to this clinic because it’s without appointment for my son who is 9 yrs old he had fever and very sick. The secretary was mean and said I need an appointment. She didn’t accept my son. And today i go again for emergency. I had nose bleeding, she sends me away again with a mean face also and with total indifference.

Clinic and it's staff end their shifts way earlier than supposed to when trying to call for appointments, add the fact the call machine hangs up on you or sometimes doesn't work & bugs out or you get put on hold and afterwards ignored if you call for appointment 30-40min near the end of secretary shifts, not effective like system and the government should update it. I understand the doctors are busy but doesn't excuse poor organization, just makes it harder on everyone including the staff, doctors and especially the patients. Hope this system gets a remodel with our tax money.
