Aussi, ce qui est important pour moi est le côté humain de mon audioprothésiste à s'occuper non seulement de mon audition, mais de ma qualité de vie . Depuis 2012 , je n ai jamais cessé d'être reconnaissant de l'aide apportée. En souhaitant recevoir l'aide encore durant plusieurs années.

Durant notre entretien, elle a pris le temps d'expliquer au téléphone à une personne comment installer ses prothèses auditives. J'ai été séduite pas sa disponibilité , sa patience et son écoute. Je suis avec elle depuis 2006 et ses qualités son toujours à l'ordre du jour et c'est avec plaisir que je la recommande.
After 3 consultations for hearing aids, my choice stopped for Ms. Gaudreault audioprosthetist. During our interview, she took the time to explain on the phone to someone how to install hearing aids. I was seduced by his availability, his patience and his listening. I have been with her since 2006 and her qualities are always on the agenda and it is with pleasure that I recommend it.

Après quelques temps, j’ai préféré renoncer au service gratuit qu’offrait ce concurrent afin de retrouver toute la compétence que je connais au bureau de Mme Gaudreault. Je n’ai pas regretté. Ses interventions ont été couronnées de succès! Merci!
I was a customer, but special circumstances brought me to a competitor. After some time, I preferred to give up the free service offered by this competitor in order to regain all the competence that I know at Ms. Gaudreault's office. I did not regret. His interventions were successful! Thank you!

I just changed to a new set of hearing aids and her service, professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge is excellent. She is up to date on the latest technology out there and continues with on-going training with her suppliers.

My mom who has a hearing impediment for many years was given new hearing aids and was able to hear clearly for the first time in years . We were ecstatic and so pleased with both the equipment and most importantly the wonderful customer service received by Marilyn Généreux and her team , I truly recommend their services .

She is very professional and very patient with her patients.She takes the
time to explain every detail to make it easy for you,will not push you to sell
a hearing aid and gives you the time to make your decision.Her advice has
always been beneficial and accurate.
The service provided and the follow up is always well appreciated.
