I had such sweet experience here (also many thanks to my best friend who found this place). I bought a pair of glasses here after I was disappointed from glasses I had bought from another store 9 months before. I am so happy about them after wearing my glasses for two years.. no scratch, light weight, and reasonable price, and stylish. I also got great contact lenses from here with excellent service in terms of trying different brands for several weeks to find ultimately the ones that were the quality that I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was considering this centre for an audio exam. Now I understand that it is a scam after reading comments. Usually, the technician stands behind a glass, while the patient is completely sound proof. You are not supposed to hear any ambiant noise while having such kind of test. Thank you Google reviews!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
They also offer free hearing tests that are available without an appointment.
It was convenient to have everything done in one place!

We have been customers of the Laurier location of Optical Centre for Optical services for 3 years and in the last two weeks for Audiology services . We could not be more impressed and completely satisfied with the helpful staff, the great service and also the choice of products. Xavier the director goes well beyond to make your experience special. We both highly recommend this boutique for a special and unique experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very good and attentive with my 7 years old and they suggested to have a second check just to make sure they wouldn’t be prescribing glasses for my kid that were not accurate or necessary. Also, fully served in English (which is great for me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m extremely disappointed with each of my experiences at this clinic. Not did I find the reception staff to be rude and patronizing, but the services are completely overpriced. I understand that in the Mile End “everything is more expensive”, however this clinic is taking advantage it’s patients which is extremely unethical considering vision care is something we all should have a right to access… I usually don’t post reviews like this, but I would hate for anyone to experience anything similar to what I did.

That being said, I do not see any difference with or without the glasses I just bought! They therefore could have emphasized that only a minor improvement would be expected. Or maybe they did I I’m the guy who did not pay attention
