Good service and prices. Was stuck looking for glasses and needed a pair right away found this place online and read the reviews and they are right. The owner took his time, we had a prescription that was 10 months old, he still did an eye exam (the person i was with was under 21, eye strengh changes alot) then we decided to get contacts. ( first time) he took his time to show how to put them on even though i told him no need and he was alone.(sunday) glasses where cut and on frame from when he serverd us with in 30min. You could tell that Jonathan loves what he does. Casual atmosphere and very personal. Just diffrent from the franchise stores i went to. Saved just over 140 dollar's.

The customer service is impecable. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. I went there with my daughter and my husband last summer. Both found their dream frames! In my case, I used my old frames and the owner was very accommodating. Since I wasn't sure that his optometrist gave me the right prescription, I went back and told him. He set me another appointment free of charge. The owner went the extra mile to even set me a third appointment with a different optometrist to make sure I was completely satisfied. It turned out the results were all the same and I'm very happy with my glasses. I was very impressed with the patience and excellent customer service and manners the owner showed. In my last visit he even gave me a macaroon from a box he had just received from Ladureé in France as a token of appreciation, when it was me who was really thankful and appreciative of his service. Also, the frames' selection and prices are incredible good too!

Jonathan was friendly and knowledgable, the service was fast (my partner walked out of the store with her new prescription glasses) and the prices were better than the other places we'd looked at. Incredible!

I booked an eye exam in the mind to purchase two pairs of glasses. I walked in and it felt ok. Lady at the front asked my name, didn’t listen and presumed I was someone else. I corrected her and we started filling in a form when the owner swooped by and took my glasses out my hand without much explanation to test the lenses. They both spoke to each other regarding my lenses. Meanwhile I felt like I was ignored. Once done the lady said go look around, again with no explanation. I asked why? You haven’t spoken to me about anything. She says oh yea, sorry your number 2 for the eye test so have a look around. I asked but what am I looking at!? I don’t know your shop layout, are frames grouped in style or brand or what!? I stood up and explained I was looking for something similar to my current frames in the meantime the owner placed some random pair of frames in my hand and walked off with no explanation which didn’t look like anything I was describing. The lady showed me some other frame which I said I didn’t like the look of so she took them out my hand, walked off to great another customer behind me and started serving them instead leaving me just stood there. So I left and booked an appointment elsewhere. Then the owner calls me back at 3:55 asking where I was for my appointment (which was at 2:30 (the moment I arrived)) I was mid work meeting catching up on my lost time from this debacle, I explained and said thanks but no thanks. Then the owner calls me back at 19:00 in my personal time about to eat my family meal trying to make things better! I’m like dude it’s too late you’ve had your chance I have an appointment elsewhere tomorrow. The optician here is only once a week on Thursday so I’m not waiting a week for this. Really bad customer communication, service and attention. Wasted my work time to leave my office to come for this poor service.

Excellent Service. Replaced damaged frame for a new one in 15 min , great quality and prices. Highly recommend.

My frames broke while I was in Montreal and I needed my glasses desperately to be able to see. It was 10 days before I could return home to my eye doctor and about the same amount of time to get a new pair of glasses online. I was desperate because I couldn't go around the city without being able to see. I did a quick Google search and found Magique Optique. I came to the store because I thought they could help me get a new pair quickly. Jonathan was amazing! He popped out the lenses from my broken frames and found a frame that not only fit the lenses but looked amazing on my face. It literally took minutes and I paid only 99 Canadian dollars to look amazing. I highly recommend this shop and their service. It was a wonderful experience and a wonderful store!

Fantastic store. I've always struggled to find glasses but the people working at Magique Optique immediately found pairs for me that looked better than anything I'd tried till then. The glasses here are also a bargain compared to other boutiques. Trust the glowing reviews! I'm so happy with my new pair of glasses.
