★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being called twice for an appointment that has been pushed because they were late. When I finally came in they used a false excuse of me being late (which I prove them I was not) to give my apt to someone else and left me hanging with no appoitnmenet.

I called to have an appointment and suddenly from "we have this week" to "no spot available till January"
clear discrimination from the accent the name or the purpose of the visit.
a friend called with another number and managed to get an appointment.
very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a couple of weeks ago and had a good experience. Optometrist is nice and seems very competent. I took my old glasses for a checkup, he figured something changed and verified after the exam with my old glasses. Sellers were also nice, nothing to complain. My new glasses arrived really quick. I was suprised. After reading a lot of reviews from this and other optiques I do think this one is a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can tell you people. At this place they are after our money. I was a client. They were nice while I was paying. When I went back to have my eyeglasses adjusted. Instead the girl tech.. told me about my physical imperfections. And with such negative attitude. She is Miss perfection. I decided to adjust it myself. I'm happy they are perfect good looking people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are one of the best team I've ever encountered they literally will do anything to please the customer I don't know how many times I've been in the store to have my glasses fixed rather because I sit on them or I've fallen asleep on them each time they give me the best, service . I've bought several not only they fix the problem but they even take the time to clean the glass for putting them back on my face. I recommend the spot to everybody that needs glasses I've always had a great experience.
